By mid-2021, demand for COVID-19 vaccinations in the US stalled, leading some employers to see vaccination regulations as the only way to get all of their employees to roll up their sleeves.

Experts quickly pointed out – again – that in the context of such mandates injuries or illnesses reported by employees through the vaccine can lead to claims for damages by the employees and recordable incidents in the protocols of the occupational safety and health authorities.
