John Lewis pulls out controversial advert for home insurance – Insurance Age

Following regulatory action by the FCA, retailer John Lewis was forced to withdraw its home insurance report after the watchdog identified it as "potentially misleading".

The commercial first aired on October 11th, and on Wednesday October 27th, the retailer posted on Twitter that it had withdrawn it as the regulator warned the provider it could confuse customers about insurance.
